Windows Compatibility - Current Version
With the release of Windows7 and Windows8, there are questions about what versions of MICROPAS run on what versions of Windows.

The good news is that MICROPAS8 works directly on all common versions of Windows including Windows8, Windows7, Windows Vista and Windows XP both 32 bit and 64 bit versions. So, if you are thinking about upgrading your computer, and you just want to run MICROPAS8, everything should be ok.

Windows Compatibility - Older Versions
MICROPAS7 and many earlier versions work on 32 bit Windows versions such as most versions of Windows Vista and Windows XP.

However, most recent computers are shipped with Windows8 or Windows7 64 bit Home or Home Premium versions. MICROPAS7 can run on Windows7 64 bit if running Windows7 Professional or Ultimate and running in Windows XP Compatibility mode. So you may need to also purchase a Windows Anytime upgrade to get to either the Professional or Ultimate versions. This upgrade is $89 online from Microsoft. The best way to get the anytime upgrade is to follow the instructions here.

Unfortunately, Microsoft stopped providing XP Compatibility mode in Windows8.
